How to file a claim

  1. Open the order from your Orders page.
  2. Tap "Report a problem" within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Upload photos or video evidence.
  4. We respond within 24 hours and refund within 3 business days when the claim is approved.

What's not covered

  • Buyer's remorse after delivery as described
  • Items bought outside StuffUp checkout
  • Cosmetic differences clearly shown in the listing video
