How to file a claim
- Open the order from your Orders page.
- Tap "Report a problem" within 7 days of delivery.
- Upload photos or video evidence.
- We respond within 24 hours and refund within 3 business days when the claim is approved.
What's not covered
- Buyer's remorse after delivery as described
- Items bought outside StuffUp checkout
- Cosmetic differences clearly shown in the listing video
