What's covered
- Buyer claims "item not received" but tracking shows delivered
- Chargeback for "unauthorized transaction" on a verified order
- Buyer's remorse returns where the item matched the listing
What's not covered
- Misrepresented or counterfeit items
- Shipping outside the platform
- Items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging
